Some Achievements
SOGIQUE – Develop the application [Group from Family Medicine]. A Web-based application used by the GFM to create and consult their time schedules. Also used by nurses from Info-Santé to consult the schedules of all GFM in the province. Because of its stability and its ease of use, many CLSC’s are using it.
BELLEWETHER – Web application development of « Human Asset Imaging® Inventory (HAII) ». The assessment measures what people know, or need to know about critical interpersonal skills in 8 dimensions and 32 competencies. It provides enormous value to the business owner or manager who must fill knowledge gaps but has limited training dollars. Each assessment provides a full outcomes report. Delivered online 24×7, the assessment allows individuals, businesses, community based organizations, government, education and healthcare organizations to identify the all important interpersonal skill sets needed in today’s global market.
SECRÉTARIAT DU CONSEIL DU TRÉSOR – Repatriate Lotus Notes environment which was hosted in Quebec Shared Services Centre including e-mail servers. This work was to focus on transferring databases and Application Servers from technological environment hosted in Quebec Shared Services Centre to a technological environment hosted by Treasury Board Secretariat. Primarily, the project focused on preparation, installation and configuration of a new Domino Notes Server on Treasury Board Secretariat environment. This approach allows repatriation of data and production systems coming from Quebec Shared Services Centre.
LABRIE ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP – Development and continuous improvement of the CRM “Prevail”. The system ensures, to all representatives of Canada and United States, an optimum management and follow-up on clients’ orders as well as updating Catalog database. Work, on a regular basis, are focuses on: functional analysis, quality control, programming and testing linked with client information request.
QUEBEC SHARED SERVICES CENTER – Since its launch in 2005, the Quebec Shared Services Centre merged several administrative units that has different systems and ways of doing things which results in numerous difficulties in daily operations but also in technological management networks. The project consisted of putting in place networks harmonization. A project with the aim of having a unified information system in particular by the merger of all administrative units sharing the same infrastructure.
